Cancelations / Returns

If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods.

Your right to return or cancel products does not apply to goods that are custom-built, are ordered to your specification, or that have been clearly personalised. This doesn't affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty or not as described.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must make contact with Common Rider and notify us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, address, details of the order you wish to cancel, including also your preferred contact details (phone number and email address).

If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply.

Common Rider reserves the right to make a refund less any costs relating to loss in value as a result of damage, mishandling, or other devaluation though use of the goods. Refunds shall be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, made using the same means of payment as used for the initial order transaction.
In-store Purchases
Contracts relating to all in-store (on-premises) purchases are final. Deposits are transferable into store credit, but are not refundable. Returns or cancellations can only be accepted for goods deemed not of satisfactory quality, or that they do not match a model seen or examined as defined by the Consumer Rights Act. All goods should be thoroughly inspected by the customer prior to leaving the premises. Any goods having left the premises are deemed as accepted by the customer.

A traditional roadster e-bike that offers riders something extra: the Swing4 takes you as comfortably around down as out into the fields and forests. Its suspension fork and suspension seatpost ensure excellent riding comfort, while its powerful Bosch Performance Line motor packs a real punch with its 500 Wh carrier battery. And, thanks to the optional baskets for the carrier and handlebar, you’ll be stylishly equipped for whatever you need to carry.

The shape of the frame is reminiscent of a traditional roadster. And you’re guaranteed to reach your destination in comfort, thanks to its suspension fork and suspension seatpost. It powerfully assists you with a 500Wh carrier battery in conjunction with the seamlessly integrated Bosch Performance Line motor. The low step-through ensures comfortable handling in urban traffic, while the integrated cabling accentuates its elegant appearance.

The perfectly fitting, optional baskets have been developed with a click system specifically for the Swing. Sturdy, weatherproof and with a sophisticated rattan look, they complete the image of a modern roadster. The front basket holding approximately 12litres can be loaded with up to 5kg. The carrier baskets can be fitted to the right, left or on both sides at the same time, like panniers. This leaves the carrier with MIK system free to be used for other things. Their large storage space of approx. 22litres was designed to carry shopping bags each weighing up to 7kg.

The carbon belt drive offers a wonderfully smooth ride, at the same time being low-maintenance and reliable. Dirt and oil stains, as was the case with chain drives, are now a thing of the past. The twist shift grip and Magura hydraulic rim brakes guarantee comfortable and safe everyday cycling. And the standard Abus frame lock is just as reliable.
