Common Rider Ltd Servicing
As we only sell Riese & Müller we are in a strong position to provide ongoing servicing and support for the products we sell. We are Cytech trained, Bosch certified and a certified Fazua partner.
For our customers local to us we are able to service your Riese & Müller in our workshop at the recommended service intervals which are provided in your logbook. For those customers further away, we advise using a local shop which is a registered service agent for the drive system which your eBike uses. We are still your first point of contact for any faults you may experience. That said, with the high level of quality control in the Riese & Müller factory faults are very rare.
Prior to the introduction of the UBN range in 2022 (which uses the Fazua system) all Riese & Müller ebikes have used the Bosch drive system. As the most common system in use, most local shops are Bosch certified. Although it is less well known, the Fazua system is more supportable remotely by us and Fazua.
We are unable to work on eBikes which have been 'chipped' or modified in order to raise their legal speed limit for UK roads. Riese & Müller do offer high speed eBikes, but these must be registered in the legal way.
